APF AIG Dahal suspended for info leakage

Kathmandu, Oct 5: The Home Ministry has suspended Additional Inspector General of the Armed Police Force Nepal, Banshi Raj Dahal, for leaking sensitive information.
According to the Home Ministry, an investigation officer has been assigned to submit a report before Home Secretary within three days by investigating the activities carried out by Dahal contrary to official conduct.
Similarly, the ministry said surveillance and analysis regarding leakage of sensitive and confidential information and activities that are affecting the peace and security is underway.
