Kathmandu, Aug 22: A two-day workshop on 'Policy, Organization and Leadership' organized by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) for its central members began here today. 
Pramod Neupane, the head of the party's organization department, shared that the workshop, referred to as 'RSP-Policy, Organization and Leadership Series-1', will see the central members engage in discussions regarding the party's policies, the fortification of the organization, and the enhancement of leadership skills. 
Today, under the theme 'Nepal's Picture, Where Are We?', Anil Chitrakar is addressing the current state of the nation, while Vice-chairman Dr SwarnimWagle is scheduled to present on the party's preamble, social democracy, and its core principles. 
General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya will delineate the essential values of the party and the candidate selection process for local elections. Former secretary Surendra Aryal will discuss the scientific budgeting process, and vice president Sobita Gautam will elaborate on the relationship between the party and the government, including the challenges faced and potential solutions. 
On the second day of the workshop, outgoing General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti will speak on the party's organizational structure, its improvement, and the responsibilities of central members, while Pramod Neupane will make a presentation on 'Media and Social Media: How to Utilize Them?'
