Beni-Jomsom road reopens for traffic

Mustang, Aug 22: The Myagdi-Sirubari section and Sukebagar road under the Beni-Jomsom roadway have reopened to traffic.
The road sections were blocked by landslides triggered by rainfall since Friday night. One-way traffic has been reopened at the initiative of the Beni-Jomsom-Korala Road Project Office.
According to Project Chief Tejashwi Sharma, the blocked Beni-Jomsom road has been reopened for one-way traffic since this morning. Stating that the road was reopened after the landslide debris, Sharma said that there is no problem in traffic flow at present.
