Mustang, Aug 15: Muktinath Temple has seen a significant influx of offerings along with notable rise in the number of pilgrims visiting the famous Hindu shrine lately.  The total offerings have reached Rs 110.76 million. 
As of mid-July, this renowned pilgrimage destination has accumulated a substantial amount in its five bank accounts managed by the Muktinath Development Committee. 
These accounts reflected a balance of Rs. 110.76 million.
The Muktinath Temple in Mustang, has seen an incredible influx of pilgrims lately, with daily visitors skyrocketing from the usual 4,000 to more than 15,000. This surge in tourism is largely due to Indian travelers seeking shelter from the sweltering summer heatwaves and the school holidays, along with local vacationers joining in on the excitement.
